During this workshops, we will learn to create a little Anne ring (see design) together. I will teach all of you the basics of soldering, a method jewelry makers use to make solid designs from metals. During the workshop, I will offer you many options to make your ring unique to your taste and desires. We will therefore choose thickness, material, texture together, and each of you will leave with a ring that truly reflects their own work.
The workshop is a moment for you and the people who will attend with you to learn about jewelry making. Hence, I will try to answer all your questions as much as I can.

The duration of the wrokshop depends on how many people participate.

1 - 2 people: 1 hour 30

3 - 4 people: 2 hours

5 - 6 people: 3 hours

Depending on your desires, different locations are possible for the workshops.

Belgian Locations

The workshop can be hosted at your home, if located in the South of Brussels, or in Wallonia. If you live in Ixelles or Uccle, the workshop can be hosted without additional fees. If elsewhere, additionnal fees will be asked. If you would like the workshop to happen at your place, please send me pictures of the space you are thinking to use. We need a large table, access to a kitchen, and a calm environement.

The workshop could be hosted at my former teacher’s studio, Skin & Soul, in Ixelles.

With professionalism, patience and kindness, Emma introduced us to making a gold and silver ring. We discovered both the artisanal and artistic side of the jewellery-making profession. I had the chance to participate in a workshop to make my own ring with Emma. I was an absolute beginner and I had never touched any jewelry material in my life. Emma immediately created a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, but also very professional. She is really pedagogical and explains each step in detail, leaving room for questions and remarks from everyone! You can choose the material (gold or silver) and the finish (smooth or hammered) which leaves a nice place for creativity.
