Currently, the pieces I offer are made of gold filled and gold plated (learn more about these materials here)

Ideally, I would like to sell pieces in silver and solid gold too, unfortuantely the regulation around these materials require certifications which I do not currently have, and that are complicated to obtain. I hope to be able to offer them in the future though.

Most pieces of the collection are made in gold filled, some are made in gold plated.

If you order a piece made of gold filled, your piece will not loose its color despite being exposed to water, or chemicals such as soaps and perfume.

If you order a piece made of plated gold, your piece will loose it’s color and reveal the silver under after a while. If you take good care of it (avoid soaps and chemicals) your piece will last years. In any case, if you feel your piece lost colors and would like it more vibrant gold again, you can send me a message, for us to replate it!

As you can read in the reviews sections, my customers appreciate the quality of my pieces.

Each pieice is made by myself upon order. Therefore depending on your order, pieces will arrive more or less rapidly to you.

I indicate approximative creation time on each product page but here is a good overview:

• Necklaces, earrings and bracelets made of gold filled will be shipped between 1 and 7 business days.

• Rings made of gold filled will be shipped between 5 and 10 business days.

• Most pieces made of plated gold willed be shipped between 1 and 7 business days.

• Odile, Marie, Kirsten, & Marine might take up to 3 weeks to arrive to you as they need to be created based on your size, casted, clearned, and plated.

In times of high demand, or in holidays period, orders might take longer to be created (maximum 3 weeks). It is always good, therefore, to inform me if you need your piece by a certain time!

Yes, I accept returns if there is a practical problem with your order (something is broken, something is missing, you did not receive the size you indicated etc.).

It is important to note that I make every single order just for you, based on your exact request. This allows me to adapt to any demand (another stone, a slightly different size than initally) and to place love in each creation, imagining to whom it will go. This also means that for each return, I will have to restart the entire process of making the piece, which can take time.

For these reasons, I would love for you to really ensure you are communicating everything you desire rightly to me. This particularily applies to rings. Each ring, even more than any other piece is tailored made for you. If you return it, I can never be sure somemone else will want this exact size. Therefore, I encourage you to consult all the resources on my website to understand your exact size, and order the right piece for you.

Nevertheless, I will never leave you with an item that does not fit you. I promise.

All returns fees are to be paid by yourself. It is necessary to pay for track and trace for your piece back to me, and for your new piece, the post looses packages too often.
